Alexandra joined the First National team in May 2023 as an originator in Ottawa on Team Bellwood and Tomulka. She has worked in real estate since 2004 in various roles including development, institutional investing, consulting and lending.

Alexandra’s real estate journey has taken her around the globe including the U.S. Midwest and South, Europe, the Middle East and Canada. Her diverse career has exposed her to many different aspects of real estate and varied business models. Immersing herself in different markets has allowed her to develop a unique way of seeing, understanding how to adapt real estate fundamentals and respond to client needs.

Having moved around to different markets in different roles, Alexandra understands the value of connecting with people and building enduring relationships. She believes in authenticity and transparency, always following through and working hard. When building relationships, Alexandra recognizes that everyone brings individual perspectives and experiences to the table. Regardless of differences, there are always commonalities and points of connection to find.

Working at First National, Alexandra is excited to be part of a company that aligns with her values of reputation first and integrity. She is also motivated by the opportunity to be out in the market, engaging with the players and participating in deals and transactions.
