Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Capital Markets
Thomas Kim is the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Capital Markets. In this role, he is responsible for leading First National’s activities related to mortgage funding and investor relationships including trading, securitization, and loan sales. Mr. Kim joined First National in 2012 from a similar role at a smaller mortgage lender. He was promoted to Vice President in 2018 and Senior Vice President in 2022. Mr. Kim is a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
