Doreen brings more than 20 years of industry expertise to her role as Regional Sales Manager. Thirteen years ago, she began her career at First National as an Account Manager and has evolved into her current role. She prides herself on her leadership skills and ability to build strong relationships, sharing her vast industry experience and knowledge as well her as unbridled passion for what she does every day.
When she’s not adding value for brokers, Doreen enjoys downtime with friends, family and her canine companion.

Ana has been working in the industry for close to three decades and has been a part of the First National team for the past 16 years. She brings a deep understanding of underwriting and First National’s product portfolio to her role, often advising brokers on how to best present an application for efficient approvals.
When she’s not adding value for brokers, Ana enjoys golf, concerts, entertaining and special time with her family.

Four of Ginette’s 10 years in the industry have been spent at First National. She brings a strong underwriting background to her Account Management role, understanding the importance of speed, efficiency and delivery. With a strong focus on building mutual trust and respect, Ginette’s empathy for brokers’ challenges enable her to provide the tools and support required to overcome them successfully.

Robyn has been a part of the First National team for close to one year, but brings seven year of industry experience to her role as Internal Account Manager. Her responsibilities include supporting brokers through the deal process and educating and training newer agents. Always eager to take on new challenges and solution oriented, Robyn is extremely motivated to help brokers succeed and develop as an industry professional.
When she’s not adding value for brokers, Robyn enjoys time with friends and family, stays active playing beach volleyball and experiments with new foods and restaurants.

Richard has been a part of the First National team for the past four years in his role as Account Manager. He prides himself on honest communication, which contributes to broker relationships that become true business partnerships. Always available to brokers, Richard combines his passion for what he does with an urgency and immediacy for every transaction.

Alex has been a part of the First National team for more than 13 years. During that time, he has become very knowledgeable about First National products and culture. He shares that insight openly with both colleagues and clients, finding solutions that fit.
When he’s not adding value to brokers, Alex treasures time with his two kids and stay active through baseball, crossfit and golf.

Livia has been a part of the First National team since 2014 and brings 14 years of industry experience to her role as Account Manager. Formerly a mortgage sales agent herself, Livia relates to and can empathize with how brokers operate their businesses and how they define success. As a result, she works closely with brokers on applications, responds with immediacy to questions and requests and shares best practices on business development and growth.
When she’s not adding value for brokers, Livia travels to sun and European destinations, pals around with her Pomeranian, Dolce and stays fit through Body Combat classes.

Shannon has a 25+ year history in the industry. Prior to joining First National in 2017, she worked as an Account Manager for another lender in the region for 10 years. For Shannon, customers are her number one priority. She leverages her passion for her job and her service mindset to be a reliable resource for clients – always available to help or educate about deals.
When she’s not adding value for brokers, Shannon enjoys outdoor pursuits including golf, hiking and biking, as well as spending some quiet time with a book.

Sean brings 17 years of industry expertise to his role as Account Manager at First National. Understanding the diverse challenges, needs and levels of experience in the industry, Sean relies on his strategic and tactical business sense to drive toward mutual success with clients. As an industry veteran, Sean possesses critical core competencies relevant to mortgages combined with deep commitment to long-term relationship building.
When he’s not adding value for brokers, Sean enjoys traveling, cooking, playing guitar, golfing, surfing and the great outdoors.

Krista is relatively new to the First National team but has been working in the industry for the past four years. Known for her high-energy approach to her role and interactions with clients, Krista invests time to get to know each broker and ensures that she does whatever is required to meet their needs. Resourceful and organized, she places a premium on efficiency and swift service.
When she’s not adding value for brokers, Krista treasures time spent with her daughter.

David joined the First National team in 2017, but brings three years of industry expertise in underwriting and sales analysis to his Account Manager role. He attributes his success to his service focus – always going above and beyond to deliver on customer expectations. Analytical by nature, David tackles situations by identifying common themes and drawing effective conclusions. He is also adept at juggling tasks and prioritizing initiatives so that he can manage his time effectively.
When he’s not adding value for brokers, David enjoys playing the guitar and being active by working out and playing golf.

Joseph is a recent addition to the First National team, but he brings 10 years of industry expertise focused on customer service and sales. For Joseph, relationship building is vital. He works to understand what clients are looking for and combines that insight with his experience in portfolio management and underwriting. In Joseph’s view, problem solving and communication are critical to servicing brokers effectively. When issues do arise, he works to understand the problem at hand and applies precision in solving it. Always looking to listen actively, Joseph ensures that he communicates with clients and colleagues in a clear and professional manner.
When he’s not adding value for brokers, Joseph enjoys watching and playing sports including golf, hockey and football. Other pursuits include travel, event planning and attending concerts.
Account Manager, Excalibur (Ontario only)

Elena was part of the First National team during its early years in the industry. She rejoined in 2018, bringing numerous years of industry expertise to her role as Excalibur Account Manager. Throughout her three decades in the industry, Elena has developed skills including sales, business development, management and training. As a strong communicator, she prides herself on being reliable, committed and dependable in her response to broker partners. Highly motivated to succeed, Elena is always inspired to find new and creative ways to achieve objectives. She considers herself a people person and tries to maintain a cheerful disposition and outgoing manner that puts people at ease.
