Candice joined the First National team in 2021, starting in Commercial Administration before moving into her current role as Associate Analyst. A firm believer in the power of effective communication, Candice listens actively and approaches all interactions with empathy. Once she understands the person and their priorities, she taps her technical proficiency to design solutions and anticipate any possible issues. Her ability to think and problem solve creatively enables her to provide fresh perspectives and ideas. Candice recognizes the dynamism of the industry and how important it is to embrace change openly. She is always willing to adapt by expanding her knowledge and perspectives, as well as acquiring new skills. For Candice, providing the best service and solutions is a team effort.
