Rachael joined the First National team in 2020, bringing a
dynamic and versatile approach to her role as an Analyst. Her experience spans
both the Residential Insurance team and the Commercial Renewals &
Assumptions team, giving her a well-rounded understanding of client needs and
internal processes. A proud Queen’s University alumna, Rachael combines her
academic foundation with a natural curiosity and a drive to continuously
improve.
Her ability to pivot quickly in changing environments, ask
the right questions, and anticipate client needs makes her a reliable partner
in every transaction. Whether she’s streamlining workflows or uncovering new
efficiencies, Rachael’s proactive mindset ensures that clients receive
thoughtful, timely service.
Outside of work, Rachael enjoys traveling, discovering new culinary experiences, and playing tennis. These activities reflect her adventurous spirit and love for connection.
