Paolo joined the First National team in 2025, after gaining expertise in analysis, underwriting, compliance and data management during his university co-op placements. He supports decision making and risk assessment by analyzing financial data and market trends. When collaborating with both internal and external teams, Paolo focuses on effective communication and timely project completion. He’s diligent when reviewing data and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
When he’s not adding value for First National borrowers, Paolo watches and plays sports, stays current with business trends and treasures time with family and friends.
