Sal Vincenti and Olivier Nolet both joined First National in October 2022. Together, their goal is to further cement First National’s presence in Quebec by deepening the existing relationships they have and introducing new borrowers to the differentiated value that First National can offer. Sal has spent more than 20 years in banking focused on commercial lending. He understands how much borrowers value transparency, quick responses, accessibility and direct communication. Olivier started in the industry on the brokerage side, gaining exposure to a broad range of deals with a focus on CMHC. Their relationship focus, market knowledge and CMHC expertise allow them to identify the little details that could sway a file and turn those into opportunities for clients. For Sal and Olivier, trust is the foundation for any successful relationship. They build trust with clients through honesty, candour, directness, preparedness and a quiet confidence. Every question they ask has a purpose in contributing to a client’s overall vision and objectives.
