Xander joined the First National team in September 2024 after completing an internship position in commercial real estate lending. An avid learner, Xander is always eager to build his knowledge about deal structures, asset classes and markets. He believes a strong knowledge base is essential to manage the complexity that can come with different types of deals. Xander also prioritizes effective communication to build relationships both internally with his team and externally with clients and partners. He is diligent about process accuracy and quality of work.

When he’s not adding value for First National borrowers, Xander treks to the mountains to hike or ski and looks for every opportunity to perfect his golf swing, hone his tennis game and catch epic waves.
