Jose has spent more than three decades in the industry and has been a part of the First National team for since 2012. Savvy about what constitutes a good file, Jose guides brokers on how to best package and submit a file for approval. If a specific file isn’t a fit for First National he quickly recommends other solutions to save brokers valuable time. Being highly responsive, Jose responds to the majority of his brokers inquiries within two hours, as a quick and accurate response is crucial. He also considers brokers’ success one of his key responsibilities and as a result, he organizes regular team training events, video webinars and team building activities.
When he’s not adding value for brokers, Jose enjoys boating, biking and swimming with his family, running and exercise as well as dining out and, of course, chocolate.
